What Ghost Does
Sources, enquiries, bookings and revenue in one place — and what that makes answerable.
Ghost connects four things a service business already has and keeps in separate systems: what you spend on marketing, the enquiries that come in, the work you book, and the money you invoice.
Joining them up answers the question none of those systems can answer on its own: which marketing brought in work that was actually paid for.
The chain
- Sources — your advertising accounts, and the channels enquiries arrive through.
- Enquiries and leads — calls, form submissions, messages and platform lead forms.
- Bookings and jobs — the work your CRM records.
- Revenue — what was invoiced.
Every page in Ghost is a view of one step in that chain, or of the link between two steps.
What Ghost does not do
Ghost reads. It does not place ads, change your tracking numbers, re-route calls, or write anything back into your CRM. Where an action would change something outside Ghost, Ghost shows you what it found and leaves the decision with you.
