Permission Issues
When a grant is missing a scope, or the wrong account was chosen.
A missing permission
Some platforms let you grant part of what was asked for. Ghost then connects successfully and cannot read some of the data — spend without campaigns, leads without their forms. The provider's own error names the missing scope, and reconnecting with the full permission fixes it.
The wrong account
If your login can see several businesses, the account selection step decides which one Ghost reads. Choosing the wrong one produces a connection that works and shows someone else's numbers. Included accounts can be changed from the provider's page in Settings at any time.
An account you cannot see
A CRM or ad account owned by another user may be invisible to your login entirely. Either have the owner connect it, or have them grant your login access first.
What Ghost will not do
Ghost will not request permissions beyond what the connection needs, and will not change anything in the connected platform. Read access is read access.
