The things Ghost cannot know, stated plainly.
Ghost cannot see what no tool recorded
A conversation in a car park, a referral by word of mouth, a call to a personal mobile. None of it exists in any connected system, so none of it is in Ghost.
Ghost cannot reconstruct a source after the fact
If an enquiry arrived with no source information, nothing can add one later. The fix always applies to future enquiries.
Ghost cannot see inside a walled platform
Platforms report what they choose to report. Where a platform does not expose a campaign, a cost or a lead's origin, Ghost shows what it was given and marks the rest unavailable rather than filling it in.
Ghost will not invent a number
An empty section means Ghost has nothing true to put there. It will say which connection would fill it. A product that estimates quietly is worse than one that is blank honestly — the estimate gets spent.
