What the first numbers mean, and what is still missing.

Section: Getting Started. Web version: https://ghost.supermanservices.ca/help/understand-your-first-results

Ghost shows you results as soon as any one source produces data. That is deliberate: waiting for everything to be connected would mean waiting weeks to see whether the product is worth anything.

It also means the first numbers are partial, and knowing which part is missing is the difference between a number you can use and one you will be misled by.

## Reading a partial picture
- **Advertising data imported** — spend is real. Return on ad spend is not available until revenue is connected too.
- **Calls are being received** — new calls arrive as they happen. Older calls may not exist in Ghost at all.
- **Booking records imported** — revenue is real, and can be compared against whatever spend Ghost holds.
- **Some enquiries may not have a verified source** — those enquiries are real; what is unknown is where they came from.

## What to do next
Open the Overview, then follow one result down: a channel, its leads, a single lead, and the evidence behind it. If a number cannot be explained that way, it is not a number to act on yet — and Attribution Health will say why.
