# Review Tracking

What Ghost can verify about where your enquiries come from.

Section: Getting Started. Web version: https://ghost.supermanservices.ca/help/review-tracking

Ghost can only attribute enquiries when source information is available. Tracking review shows you, for your connected sources, what that information currently looks like.

Open **Setup → Review tracking**, or **Setup → Attribution Health** for the full report.

## What it shows
- The tracking accounts and numbers Ghost can see.
- Which source metadata is arriving, and which is missing.
- Whether your website forms are detected and submitting.
- Campaign identifiers, where the platform provides them.
- Recordings and transcripts, where the tool stores them.
- Missing permissions or configuration problems, named specifically.

## What it will not do
Ghost will not change a tracking number, re-route a call, retire a number, relabel a source, or alter anything in an advertising platform. Every action it offers is explicit, explained, and yours to approve.

## What to do about a gap
A gap is either a setup problem you can fix (a number that is not tracked, a form that is not connected, a permission that was not granted) or a fact about the data (an enquiry that genuinely arrived with no source). The report separates the two, because only one of them is work.
