# No Data Appearing

> For the complete documentation index, see [llms.txt](https://ghost.supermanservices.ca/llms.txt).

Work through this in order when a page is empty.

Section: Troubleshooting. Web version: https://ghost.supermanservices.ca/help/no-data-appearing

## 1. Is the source connected?
Open **Setup**. A task reading **Not started** means nothing is connected for that part of the product yet.

## 2. Is it still importing?
**Importing** means work is in flight and records are arriving. Historical imports run in batches and can take a while on a large account.

## 3. Has anything arrived at all?
A connected provider with no **Data available from** date has produced no records yet. For a forward-only source, that is expected until the next call or submission happens.

## 4. Is the date range before the source's window?
A page covering dates earlier than a connection's first record will be empty. See [How to Check a Connection's Data Window](https://ghost.supermanservices.ca/help/check-a-connections-data-window).

## 5. Does the connection need attention?
**Action needed** or **Failed** means the connection is not working. The error from the provider is shown as it was reported — see [Connection Errors](https://ghost.supermanservices.ca/help/connection-errors).
