Call tracking tools, phone systems and website forms.

Section: Getting Started. Web version: https://ghost.supermanservices.ca/help/connect-calls-and-enquiries

Enquiries reach a service business by phone and by form. Ghost reads both, and how much it can tell you about each depends on the tool it comes from.

Open **Setup → Connect calls and enquiries**.

## What Ghost can import
Supported historical calls and metadata.

## What arrives going forward
New supported calls through webhooks or events.

## What may be unavailable
Calls before connection, recordings, transcripts, and source metadata.

## The difference between a phone system and a tracking tool
A **phone system** (for example Quo) is where your calls actually happen. It knows who called, when, how long, and who answered.

A **call tracking tool** (for example CallRail) gives each advert its own number, so it also knows which advert made the phone ring.

Connect both and Ghost merges them: the phone system owns the call, the tracking layer explains where it came from. Connect only a phone system and your calls are complete but mostly without a source — see [How Sources Are Assigned](https://ghost.supermanservices.ca/help/how-sources-are-assigned).

## Website forms
Forms reach Ghost in one of three ways: a direct integration with your website platform, a webhook or snippet, or the notification emails your forms already send. What history is available differs by route — see [Webhooks and Forward-Only Data](https://ghost.supermanservices.ca/help/webhooks-and-forward-only-data).
