# Booked Leads

Leads that became work, and when that is recorded.

A booked lead is one whose enquiry led to work recorded in your CRM — a job, a won quote, or an invoice.

## What counts as booked
Won, completed and paid all count as booked. They are stages of the same outcome, and splitting them across a dashboard produced three words for one thing.

## Why a lead can be booked after the period it arrived in
Leads convert on a delay. A lead counted in March can book in April. Booked-lead counts are reported against the period the lead *started*, so a recent period's booking rate is still rising — the most recent weeks are never finished.

## If this is zero with a CRM connected
